Pop star LILY ALLEN has named her forthcoming album STUCK ON THE NAUGHTY STEP – because she constantly feels like a scolded child. The British singer has wrapped up work on her eagerly-awaited second LP, after being out of the recording studio for two years since the release of her debut All right, Still.
