The White Tie Affair, which bears a striking sonic resemblance to Pete Wentz and Co., is the latest boy band to come out of Chicago. The group, which signed with Epic Records a year ago, has been touring in support of its upcoming album, Get in Where You Fit In, out this April (check out the band’s new double video for the singles “Allow Me to Introduce Myself … Mr. Right” and “Candle (Sick and Tired)” on ngtv.com).

(July 22, 2008 – New York, NY) Def Jam Recordings artist Karina, whose debut album FIRST LOVE is now set to join RIAA gold-selling artist Lupe Fiasco on the Coca-Cola Teen Concert Tour, one of the most hotly-promoted and visible events in Coke’s annual calendar. The tour, expected to attract 1,500 to 3,000 teens at each 4:00-8:00 VIP show, will hit six cities starting at in Los Angeles.

Pop mega-star George Michael will perform twice in around NYC this week. He will first hit the stage on Monday night and follow up again on Wednesday night. Both performances will be at Madison Square Garden and begin at 8 p.m. The singer-songwriter has had plenty of No. 1 hits, including “Careless Whisper” (with Wham!) and “Faith.”
