Kristin Davis Bikini Cover + Diet

Kristin Davis is 45, she is a fit pear-shaped girl and she’s a bikini covergirl on Fitness Magazine this month. And as always, a bikini cover brings by weight, diet and workout-related info: What was it like to pose in a bikini for our cover? I’m not going to lie. It was very intimidating. There are people who feel comfortable in bathing suits, and I don’t know how they do it. I worked with Kristen Bell and Malin Akerman on the movie Couples Retreat, and they didn’t care about standing around in their bikinis for days. The guys in the movie were more self-conscious than they were! Did you step up your workout to get ready? Sarah Jessica Parker introduced me to trainer Tracy Anderson’s gym in New York City, which is great for me because they change the workouts every 10 days. My favorite is using the stretchy elastic bands. They strengthen and tighten all parts of your arms without bulking you up. They also work on your core and posture. You end up feeling really strong. What are your go-to healthy foods? I eat a lot of chicken, salmon, eggs and side salads. But if all I ate were salads every day, I’d shoot myself. Who cares if you can fit in your skinny jeans if you can’t enjoy life and have something good to eat? I went through periods when I said I can’t have this, I can’t have that. Now I don’t deprive myself. Food is meant to be enjoyed. If you could indulge in anything, what would it be? Chocolate! I especially love M&M’s. These days, if I want some, I eat them. When it’s hot in the summer, I have to have my ice cream. One trick I’ve learned is that if I have an ice cream bar, I’m okay having four bites and then throwing it away. I don’t need to eat the whole thing to feel satisfied. Magazine photoshopped her and placed her on the cover of their magazine , together with the “How I (Already) Lost the Baby Weight”-kinda title. In an EXCLUSIVE photo shoot with Life & Style, Kourtney Kardashian slips back into a bikini for the first time since giving birth to her son, Mason, on December 14th. The reality star gained 40 pounds during her pregnancy and in just three months has already lost an astounding 33 pounds. “Being with Mason was so much more important than working out,” Kourtney explains to Life & Style on why she took her time to shed the pounds. Kourtney shares her secrets to weight-loss success, what boyfriend, Scott Disick, thinks of her new figure — and the couples plans for more babies! L&S: How does it feel to show off your post-baby body in a bikini? Kourtney: I feel good! I’m just starting to get comfortable being in a bikini again. I’m excited. Scott told me recently that he could tell my body was changing. He also said he could tell I’m noticing it because I’ll do these stupid dances in the mirror. L&S: What does Scott think of your new body? Kourtney: He’s always complimentary. He loved my post-baby body, but I think he’s excited I’m getting my old body back too. Carmen Electra gets new ink and another rock star

Meet the Spartans actress, Carmen Electra has a new boyfriend and a brand new tattoo to celebrate the occassion.  Carmen is reportedly dating Korn guitarist, Rob Patterson.  The couple met last month and Electra was spotted with a new tattoo of the letter R behind her ear.  Carmen has been married twice. Once to former NBA superstar, Dennis Rodman and most recently to rocker Dave Navarro.

The Simple Life’s Paris Hilton, is still going strong with Good Charlotte’s Benji Madden.  Paris was seen wearing a diamong encrusted ring with the initials BM on it over the weekend.  Paris’ best friend, Nicole Ritchie, has been dating Benji’s twin brother Joel Madden since 2007 and the couple just had a daughter together. No word yet on impending nuptials.

Paris Hilton and Benji Madden get the OK from ex

Paris Hilton has a new boyfriend.  Hilton has been seen around town with Benji Madden.  The Date Movie actress, Sophie Monk says she is not bitter about her breakup with Good Charlotte’s Benji Madden and she wishes the couple all the best.

“Let me make this as plain as possible, Benji did not leave me for Paris Hilton. Benji and I did not break up badly or anything like that,” she said. “We both decided as adults our relationship had run its course and decided to move on. I feel no animosity toward Benji and Paris at all and am very happy with life at the moment.”

 Pari’s best friend Nicole Ritchie just had a baby daughter with Benji’s twin brother, Joel Madden. I wonder if they all double date now.
