The singer – whose racy outfits have become a familiar sight on and off stage – caused a stir when her revealing dress let slip a n*pple as she left the Brit’s afterparty at Claridge’s.The raunchy pop poppet recently revealed she is unconcerned about the possibility of ‘popping out’ while performing because she can always rely on her backing dancers to “stick it back in.”
