Hollywood starlet and Herbie Reloaded star, Lindsay Lohan, has settled a court dispute with the busboy she hit in 2005 on Robertson Blvd., in Beverly Hills. The bus boy who worked at The Ivy said Lohan was intoxicated when they were involved in the auto accident and that the restaurant had server her some drinks that day. The terms of the settlement will remain confidential.
