DMX move him from his current cell in Miami, Florida, cross country to a jail in Arizona.
Earl Simmons, has been serving time at Miami-Dade County Jail after federal agents captured him earlier this month when an Arizona judge issued a bench warrant for his arrest.
DMX missed a court appearance in Arizona earlier this month, where he was due to face charges of drug possession, identity theft and animal cruelty.
