UPDATE: Rip Torn made a brief appearance in court Monday and was ordered to enter a plea on February 17. He has yet to post bail. Actor Rip Torn – looking disheveled and wearing handcuffs – arrives at Bantam Superior Court Monday morning in Connecticut to face a judge on charges he broke into a bank, drunk, and with a loaded gun.
