Chris Brown continues to rage against the media. The singer was recently featured on Vibe’s first issue since the magazine folded this summer, wearing a somewhat surprising black t-shirt that read “R U Still Down,” a reference to both the classic 2Pac album and Brown’s comeback, after assaulting former girlfriend Rihanna. However, Brown claims Vibe never informed him they would be affixing his t-shirt with the phrase.
